PIN Code for Manager

Description:
Controls whether manager-level users are allowed to use PIN codes.

Enabled (ON)

• Managers can authenticate using their assigned PIN codes.
• Manager approvals (cancellations, discounts, overrides) can be done via PIN entry.

Disabled (OFF)

• Managers must authenticate using non-PIN methods.
• Prevents PIN-based authorization for sensitive actions.

Impact on user interface and system

• The manager PIN prompt is enabled or disabled.
• This does not affect cashier PIN availability (if enabled separately).
